- Receive the drawing from customer.
- First off all study the drawing if fessible to manufacture in the route of forgings.
- If fessible to be made the forging product drawing for get the approval from customer.
- After they are give the clearance we will design the product model.
- Tool will be design as per customer requirement.
- If they are need tool making of our scope, we will quote the tool material and making cost as per the standards, and then tool making time also.
- Finally we will maintain the tool inspection reports for our referance.
